APEX President, Lee Lowe, has over 35 years experience in the real estate industry. Lee held management positions with several prominent real estate companies and developers prior to starting his own company. Lee established Lee Lowe and Company in 1981, managing the marketing and sales of new home subdivisions for numerous California builders. His experience is extensive in all facets of the new and resale home business, including research, sales, marketing, and sales team recruiting and training.

Lee holds a BS Degree from California State University, San Jose and has attended several MBA classes at UC Berkeley. He has also achieved MIRM designation through the National Association of Home Builders

Shawn was born and raised in the real estate industry. He graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and holds a real estate broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate.

Throughout his tenure in the real estate industry, Shawn has held various positions and managed many aspects of the business. He has successfully sold and closed numerous new home communities and resale homes accounting for multiple millions of dollars in sales. Through his position as research manager for a mid-sized brokerage he has developed a vast knowledge of various real estate markets throughout the State of California. With his background in real estate research Shawn has the ability to position his clients’ properties for optimal results or know when they are getting the right deal. Shawn also has experience in the field of lending allowing him to thoroughly explain and consult with his clients when it comes time for financing.
